One of the keys to success for Ernest Green and his company is investing in people.
Not a single employee there earns minimum wage, and he firmly believes that regardless of the employee, position and company, no one ever makes what they are worth.
“You can not only make more money when you pay people more, but you also reduce turnover,” Green explains.
