As a small company of 20 employees, ArcaMax is very careful about how it manages resources.
Therefore, Scott Wolf deploys these resources where they will yield the greatest return.
“In the pre-down years, we deployed them in revenue generated programs. We looked at costs, made improvements and also focused on resource allocation.”
Through subscription acquisition efforts via social media and e-mail marketing, ArcaMax has proven that hard work pays off.
