One phrase embodies DOMA Technologies: Customer Satisfaction. Since the company’s inception in 2000, they have had nearly 100 percent customer retention.
They have achieved this by placing customer service at the forefront of everything they do. DOMA Technologies (short for Document Management Technologies) president Pat Feliciano and CFO Wayne Zinn explained a corporate philosophy that is more than just the “work hard, play hard” that many good companies hold.
They view success in the office as a vehicle for them and their employees to do more for charity and the community.
