What is one thing most people do not know about your business that would surprise him/her?
We can save clients lots of time, money and aggravation from the traditional adversarial divorce process.
What do you enjoy most about doing business in your district/community?
It is great to know many of the business owners in Ghent. They are a good referral source.
What do you enjoy most about doing business in Hampton Roads?
We have been around for a while so we are well known and people don’t mind traveling to find us.
What challenges do you face as a business owner?
Marketing: Educating the public about the benefits of mediation.
What’s in store for your business in the future?
More marketing via the Internet, with hopefully more clients.
What could local government do to help small business owners in your business district (besides lower taxes)?
Our local government is supportive of our business district.
What is one thing your business district needs?
More police presence. Help the homeless and give them jobs and a good place to stay.
